DESCRIPTION
At the Pitt Cell & Gene Therapy facility, our team executed a technically demanding exterior envelope installation featuring a combination of high-performance metal panels and engineered façade systems. We installed Americlad AC-3200 1/8” Aluminum Plate panels, known for their smooth, architectural finish and superior corrosion resistance, delivering a sleek, modern appearance while ensuring long-term durability. The Morin F-12 panels added structural strength and visual continuity, carefully fitted to maintain tight tolerances and seamless lines across complex façade transitions.
Our installation of Construction Specialties DC-5840 Louvers and Vert-A-Code Louvered screenwall gives the building a great aesthetic look while also helping airflow throughout the building. We also installed green girt clips, hat and zee channels behind the panel systems.
Every panel and joint required precise measurement, layout, and alignment, often in coordination with other trades on a tightly scheduled site. The result is a façade that combines aesthetic excellence, structural performance, and long-term reliability—reflecting both the innovation of the facility and the craftsmanship of our team.
